I'm pretty sure that's still supposed to go into beta decks, because it's something not implemented in the game yet.
i.e. Skull Buckler.
If a newbie saw the deck and tried it out, they'd get a result totally unlike what it should be, if the changes were implemented; that said, something like the diamond shield update still might work out. Probably should still go beta deck just in case though.
