They can be used for fun decks.  Those decks may not have the highest win percentage, but they work well enough.

Selling a nymph, by the way, is not recommended.  You can usually just grind a little more to get the electrum; however, once you sell a nymph, there's no undoing it.

True selling a nymph is a very bad idea with the time you'll see that 900 electrum is nothing and that those nymph, even if  they are sometime useless are very pretty

a while ago I sold my  nymph instead of a hourglass, I directly closed the page and logged in again and the nymph was back because the game wasn't saved.

Then you didn't sell the nymph, you just made an error.  When I said no ""undoing" I meant intentionally selling the nymph to gain the electrum (and having it save).
