Elements deck image generator

[Planplan]

I'm working on a small deck image generator, based on the cards codes implemented in Elements 1.20.

I think pictures talk more, here an example of what I can generate (it's not a screenshot) :

I have some idea, but if you have suggestions...

ADDED :
 - Added a sort function to have the cards in the same order as in the game.
 - The URL is now shorter, and I added a simple and very naive compression to make them even shorter in case multiple same cards.

Not hard using PHP image-generating functions. I was going to made something like this but I abandoned the idea 'cuz my schoolwork is so heavy

Yeah it's pretty basic stuff if you know that kind of coding, but what impressed me was how polished it is.

I was going to start a thread asking a deck image builder that was:

A) Simple
B) Produces an identical image of what we seen in game

Planplan achieved just that.

I'm willing to bet that 9 out of 10 coders would have failed in one of those, most likely in both. Keeping things simple and attention in detail are not easy.

Except this one doesn't quite manage that in its current form. All that's missing is a bit of sorting though, so that should be easy enough to fix.


Edit: Would it be a lot of work to make it crop the image if no mark is given? So a 30 card deck for example would look something like this:

This would be very useful for a [deck (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,4147.0.html)] code, if we were to make that happen, and you don't mind sharing your code (at least to SG / the forum).
May need to make it accept spaces as well... shouldn't be difficult either.
