There are plenty, but one I'll always remember will be my first Instosis play.

Got the combo off nicely, since I always pay attention the first time I play a deck. Then for whatever reason it was, I dunno, but I did it like this.

Silu Dragon --> Mitosis --> 4x SoR

So I was alright, just needed the final blow. My opponent didn't even have a shield. But for whatever stupid reason, my final move was

Chimera --> Sky Blitz.

Lost the following turn.

Against an FG, back when I started playing FGs (don't remember which, this was a long time ago), I cast Antimatter on a dragon, then, thinking I had clicked on another spell, I had un-antimattered it. I lost.

I forgot to miracle with four cards left. Dx I just automatically clicked on "done"...

probably when i accidentilly hit the back button with my mouse when i was messing with it and i lost when all i had to do is end my turn
