Elemental Mastery question https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=10042.msg120941#msg120941

Sorry if this has been answered before but I would like to know is there any point in aiming to finish your games with EM besides earning extra gold? Do you get some higher % chance in spinning cards after you finish your game with EM status maybe? Or is it just for your stats?
Because I see lots of people aiming for EM in FG decks for example but I donĀ“t see a point if it`s just for extra 60 gold. I mean, I am fighting FG-s to farm upgraded cards and not for some small amount of extra gold.

The Number of coins you get is the number of points your score increases.

If you are asking whether it's worthwhile to go for Elemental Masterys, then no i don't think so.

I've always thought that the extra money from EMs is not worth it in the long run, if you look at the amount of extra time an EM can take.

Yes I was thinking the same, but I just wanted to make sure if I was missing something else.
Thank you for your answers, both of you.

Depends completely on which AI you're farming.  For T50 or AI3, rush decks are better, as games are very short and you also win cards.  For AI5, you want an EM deck since the games will take long no matter how you slice it, and most of the electrum comes from the cash prize.

If you look in my turns to win  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8813.36.html) thread on page 4, a fast rush deck and a rush EM will gain about the same amount of electrum.  The rush EM deck will also gain MUCH more score in the same time.  The only EM deck that can pull this speed off is probably the upped mono life version using heals.
