Sapphire Pillar is incorrectly listed as "Water Pillar" in the form.

Also, there's only 3-4 users submitting stats each day; we need moar! >:3

Weird; I'm pretty sure that the displayed card said Sapphire Pillar.

I think the Oracle needs an info update? :\

The Oracle does indeed display the name of Water Pillar as "Sapphire Pillar". I guess Zanz forgot to change it.

I was going to input my data today, but the oracle spun me a Fire Pillar, and there isn't an option in the drop-down menu for that.  In case that gets corrected at any time soon, I'll put the data in the thread for reference so I can fill the form in at a later date:
