There is some post here that says which card comes from an opponent?

Like, where do I get the shards? and the weapons... if there's a post in the forum send me a link?

Shards and Weapons can be found in the Arena from the spins at the end and the special spin for consecutive victories.

Weapons can also be earned a) From the quest reward and b) from AI3 and higher AI.

Nymphs can only be won from the Oracle as far as I know.

Yep, and Nymphs and Marks can be won from events.

The cards that can be dropped depend on the deck of the opponent, so you can't get every rare weapon from one AI3 or something.
