My issue was that I didn't include an email address in the first place.

i did the same thing and just replied to e-mail lets see what happens   ;P

Actually no. I first got an email to the address that I had on my PayPal account.

It was only when I sent the name on my game account that I got the card a few days later.

Edit: So it's a good idea to make sure you include an email address when you register your account name and password.

Yes, instead of sitting through those 'gawd awful' adds, we should just be forced to sit through the game loading. Be thankful it only has adds in the one place it doesn't waste our time.
