i will try to replicate my first recorded success based on Kael's finding
which mean 4:31PM my time (8:31AM GMT), -> (0)
thats about 40 minutes from now
i'll keep record for a couple of days to see if different days produce different results

2010/12/07 - 4:34PM -> (1) no card (was playing my 12 lives just now)
2010/12/08 - 4:40PM -> (10) no card (damn ghost whisperer! totally distracting me with all those boo ghosts!)
2010/12/10 - 4:30PM -> (8) no card

So it appears that this is like looking for Feebas. (If you know where to look, they aren't rare at all. If you don't know where to look, all you have is dumb luck.) In that case, I shall proceed to use my fishing pole all over the place to figure out where zanz hid the Feebas.
