CL & BL card usage study

I tried to submit a BL deck, however the first time I received an error message (502 I think) although that might've been on my end because Google Chrome's been giving me trouble with https for a while now, and the second time after submitting it took me to a blank screen instead of some sort of confirmation screen.

I am the one who came up with this idea in chat, so let me explain.

Basically, we all know there is a dominance of cards. In the very moment a card is used too much, because it gives benefits of an incredible size, we may define that card actually overpowered, and have solid proof for it.

I still don't feel comfortable with having a record of my decks kept, private or not.  Especially since a player active in Leagues would be the only one with access to that intel.
