Cards with limits (upped and not) question

Hi, I had 6 sundials and decided to upgrade another sundial hoping to get 6 regular sundials and 1 upped sundial in my deck but the game considered the regular and upped sundials as the same so I'm still limited to 6 total sundials.

Are there any other cards that the game considers the same when limiting the numbers in your deck?

You can take only 6 copies of any non-Pillar/Tower card. Whether or not it is upgraded makes no difference.

Don't forget Novas/Supernovas. You can only take 6 of those in your deck, regardless of upgraded or nonupgraded.
