Huh, I keep miscalculating how many cards will remain after a phase -- I was thinking all the 7 pointers woul dbe gone, but of course 2/3 of them remain after the phase and become higher scored. So we still have 26 cards left now, which means another phase is in due order. These cards all have 8 points so far, and we will have another set of them.
