Can't create new Arena deck - Oracle gave me the same card

Hi,

A few days ago Oracle gave me a good Arena card, and the deck has been sitting there winning a bit since.  Now, the Oracle has given me the same card again (there were several different cards in the interim).  I want to refresh the deck, but find I can't make a new deck with the new card, despite just getting it today.

Is this usual?

Not a bug, it's intended.

You have just described the exact reason why you can't build a new deck. The Arena is supposed to encourage deck building, therefore it forbids you to build the same deck when you get the same card just to refresh your deck's age.

Can't build any other deck with it either....and there's hundreds I could build with that card.

A flaw in the logic.

Yes, but if you've already submitted a deck then you're most likely going to keep that deck. Most people would think first of rebuilding the same deck- this way, that is prevented.
