I tried searching but couldn't find an answer to this question. I know that you can't win upgraded cards in PvP, but what about weapons?

As long as your opponent has the weapons in their deck, you have a chance of winning them in the spins, assuming you beat them. However, since many people don't run more than one or two of a single type of weapon in a deck, it's quite hard.
