Can you hasten with 0 cards remaining?

Well the title pretty much sais it all.  
Can you hasten if there are 0 cards left in your deck and will you automatically lose or will it give you a message saying you cant draw any more cards?
I never had the courage to risk a win because whenever I get that far into a game it means its a sure win.

Yes, you can hasten with zero cards in your deck, but you'll lose.

It's not guaranteed that it will work the same way in the live version, but it's quite likely.
