Permafrost Shield, Hope, and Bonewall would have to be my favourites. Just because they've saved me so many times.

You do realize that each Quantum pillar only stops 3 damage per turn, right? Supernovas, on the other hand, stop 22 damage each (-2 for cost), while denying you quanta. It's good, but not the best.
