Hmm maybe your right then... I could've sworn it was 1/0 but maybe it was 3/0. It only lasted for one turn so yeah... lol. I believe the opponent had a shield up at the time so I didnt really care about the attack lol.

The point is that the devour on a 0 hp creature is more useless than anything else.
There are things worse than eating tuna directly from the tin

I'd say 3/0 gravity pull is just as useless as 3/0 devour :P. Of course any ability on a 0 hp creature is almost useless... the only way its useful is if you use the mutate on an already established creature and its ability is growth or something. 3/0 devour is actually technically better than 3/0 grav pull because of the fact that if you have something like a blessiing, the devour creature will actually be useful whereas the grav pull one will still take just 1 hit to kill :P.

This inspired me to try an aflatoxin mutation rainbow and I just got a quintied 3|0 spark against incarnate when he had all his graveyards out....
