you have to win against a deck that has them in it. it is the only way to get all the weapons. if you are still doing the beginning quests after you get to a certain point you can choose a rare weapon that the game gives you.

You can get it as a reward for completing the 7th quest- gain 500 points.
If you don't choose it there, you can win it from the spins at the end of a battle. For it to be in the spins, your opponent has to have used it in his deck.

 oh i keep on playing   at top 50 ..
 but there's a times that its so hard to get any  of that rare cards than .. unlike before ..
 as i remember i could win a rare card every single spin but now even a photon was so hard .. XD
