Back when you were a noob

Yeah, back when I was actually better because of the OP sundials, lava golems, etc I picked up on stuff pretty fast, so broke out of the noob stage after a few days

Back when I was new to elements, I reset my account when I had a score of ~10k.
I also joined trials in an element of which I hardly had any upgrades. Just for the kicks of it.

Most funny thing was the first time I played elements though, as I played it to get the kong badges and when I finally beat a FG, I thought "Finally! Now I don't need to open this stupid game ever again"...
I realized after a while that "ever" lasts only for ~2 monts.

I never was a noob. Noobs does not learn nor change.

I read. I copy. I learn. I refined. I made mistakes. I got help. I helped. I got critique. I critiqued. I did well and happened to excel.

I love this game and you the community and it loved me back, none of which had been possible by being a noob.

I also remember myself using a deck with Otyughs and some Gravity Pull, and other stuff. Gravity has been one of my favorites since them

I didnt spend much time vs AI2, and started to grind AI3 with a Darkness deck that had 6 Devourers and 6 Steals (to steal Pillars, in fact). There was no Fractal, but I was still able to quanta lock most games. After getting the 500 quest, tried to win 10 PVP games for Kong badge. Got it with like 10-4 record, but got crushed by the old timebow. I loved the concept and wanted to crush FG like that.

In my first FG victories, however, I used the mono Aether with Dim Shields chain. Defeat Miracle (had some PUs) in elements site, and them used the same deck to get Kong badge defeating Destiny.

I started with rainbow deck ( starter deck + cards I won, lol) and I had trouble with beating lvl2 untill I discovered that using paraler universe on pegasus after it have dived, will keep the doubble attack and next turn you can dive + PU it again. Then I started building mono aether, as it was FG killer back then, but by the time I got mono aether deck the false gods got upped cards and better ai. I am still using upped mono for farming halfbloods and top50.

I was so damn proud of myself when I first logged onto the forums (back in 0.4) and everyone was talking about how crazy powerful mono-Aether was, and I was like "hell yah, that's what I play!"

...then I found out that "mono-Aether" didn't mean a 45-card deck of Spiders, Thunderbolts, PU, and Short Swords.

When I first started back when the game first came out, I remember trying to figure out what everyone was talking about using Eternity so you would never deck yourself.  I had no idea that you could use weapons on your own monsters.  Took me way too long to figure that one out.  But then again, I'm still a noob today.

When i first started the game i made a weird time deck,40 cards,(6 fate eggs(LOL))with the cards i won,never get an Ai3 win with that,but finally,after weeks of gathering Ai1(LOL)made 500 score,i picked Eternity(first good thing),and trying to beat Ai5,after uhm...100 Ai5 games and almost 500 Ai1/Ai2 games i get an 4/100 rate for Ai5.
Then i restarted(several times),when i first saw the mono- in pvp,then after 1-2 weeks get an good combination(20 pillars,5 grabs,5 shriek(LOL))who get me some money.Then,miracle,discovered the forums,get the RoL/hope and grinding FG like crazy.Then Eternal Chaos,then CCYB,the TADAbow and money.

ah.. memories.
i started out with the darkness starter deck. Switched to mono darkness, then to mono time. Then i created a wacky FFQ deck. Then i discovered the wiki, and later the forums....
Let's just say that im not a noob anymore.
