Just reset my accounts and was doing the quests. Then it happened

Is this a bug or something ?

Do I need to reset the account again ? (hope not)

BTW, I chose Lobo

Technically, I think the game stores the quest requirement as complete before you reset your account. Or something like that. Not a bug (or if it is, it has been there for a while)

I reseted my account like 3 times in the start  :P and quests didn't change
