What is "Reputation Power" (those little green bars on the left)? Some people have tons of it (normally the high-ups like Council members, Warmasters, etc.), and some very important forum members (like 10 men) have little to no "Reputation Power". What is it, and how is it calculated? Thanks

Question: What is Reputation?

Reputation is a small 'compliment' system designed to give points to those who either contribute fantastic ideas, help others on the forums (with deck building, editing card ideas, etc.), or do positive things in general. These points cannot be spent, but can help show off a person's positive character traits. Spoiler for More details: - You gain +1 rep for each post. - You gain +3 rep for each topic. - You need to be Jr. Member or above (30+ posts) to give others reputation. - Your "Reputation Power" determines how much rep you give to a person. - You gain one Reputation Power for each 100 reputation points. - You one Reputation Bar (the green thing) for each 500 reputation points. - You can give reputation up to 5 times per day (to different users). - You can give reputation again to the same person after you've given reputation to one other person. - You cannot lose reputation. - You can disable reputation from your profile. You will still receive rep from others, but it will only be visible to you. - You can see who gave you reputation, and why, in your Profile - View Reputation.

I mean: PVP, Arena, FG or something else ?

Plat is the fastest way to increase score, mainly because just a single win can net you high score. Second, maybe Gold or FG, then AI4, Silver, and AI3. Bronze generally does not change your score, or even lower it instead.
Of course, the best way does not necessarily mean the fastest way. Plat farmers have somewhat low winrate if you don't want the frustration of losing. AI3 is generally still regarded as good score source, from grinding those easy elders using upped deck or EM deck.

War metagame =/= metagame at large

"Normalized" in the context of False God decks means that the win-percentages against each FG are taken instead of the raw win-loss numbers, so that the bias of playing many games against particular FGs and few against others is removed.

I believe means X quanta of a single element, used to compare the cost of cards of different elements.
Example: Lightning and Shockwave both cost 2 , Short Sword costs 1
