Finally i have over 30 forum posts and want to start a pvp career. I play longer than a year and have many upgraded cards, all Weapons and most Shards. I have read something about different wars, weekly Events, special Element based fights and more. What kind of pvp event can you recommend me and should i know something more before start pvp?

Tournaments are the simplest place to start. You won't drag anyone down if you lose, and you can spectate tons of matches in a short time to learn the metagame. It's incredibly insightful for a newbie. Besides that, you can also look at the Duels board. They're basically free duels against anyone with any conditions you want to think of.

PvP Events and League take a lot more dedication over a period of time, and requires you know some stuff to be useful to your team or to have any chance on your own. War even more so. It's the most extreme event in terms of time investment and commitment to your team, and requires a fair deal of skill.

Spectate Mode -- it's not the most advanced technology ever (still has some problems displaying certain in-game things), but it works. More info here.

Your best bet for spectating non-tournament matches are just by sticking around in chat. Usually, people will announce when a duel for War/Events is about to happen in chat. You'll need to know the in-game names for both players, but you can usually find out from chat if you ask nicely.

As for tournaments, there will be a start time for the tournament posted each week.

Technically, you only need the in-game name of the person who is at the top of the playing field (and thus search bar). The second entry does nothing. Ever. You could type in the right names and never find the game because the order is wrong.

The composition of Arena decks vary too much for there to be a 'best deck' for the purpose. One day, X might be the best match-up. However, the next day, Y might be a better match-up because the meta has changed. That being said, Platinum Arena is the most efficient way of gaining score.

SPlat is a pretty good one for platinum.  Poison dials, rainbow control, and to a lesser extent, cremation rush, can do alright.  I've also had quite a bit of success with a SoSebow I created for myself; 6 supernova 6 serendipity 6 precog 2 SoF 1 Mindgate (just for fun) and the rest quantum towers.

Anyway, the reason I looked at this thread was to ask my own silly question:

Is it possible to mutate something and turn it into a fate egg?  I can't recall ever seeing that happen before.  Example: cast mutation on a horned frog and have it turn into, say, a 1/2 fate egg with ablaze.  I was thinking about how hilariously awesome a fate egg with grow or devour or something would be, and then realized that I can't remember ever seeing it before.

Indeed, it is not possible.  I just discovered that there was a list of no mutants on the wiki, also.
