So I got the special spin and then I saw this weird card so I tried to get it...never seen the card before and it cost me the chance at another arsenic trying to get it...could someone please tell me what that card is and what it does? (I mean the two spins on the right, not the pulverizer)

That card is Shard of Integrity.

And by the way, since SoSe uses the oracle list, is it possible to get a nymph from a SoSe? what are the chances? if any.

I've played hundreds of games with my plat farmer that contains six shard of serendipity, and I have never once gotten a nymph.  I don't think I've ever seen miracle, either, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I would agree that I have never seen SoSe give nymphs or Shards. I am also not even sure if the oracle gives out shards. In my experience I have never gotten one nor have I played against an arena deck in which a shard was the "featured" card.

What do you guys think is the best shield? overall

The best unconditional shield is Dimensional Shield. Most of the community agrees on that. Pack ways to get around it or risk autolosing to any deck. Its position is incredibly strong in the meta.

My personal second would be Bone Wall. It has the potential to be even stronger than Dim, but requires a lot more dedication. Its strongest point is not being vulnerable to PC like most other strong shields (excluding Hope).
