Some abilities will activate while Delayed but will not while Frozen (i.e. Biouminescence).  Freeze also tends to only last a duration of 3 to 4 turns while Delay can range from 1 to 6 depending on the ability.  Otherwise there's really not much of a difference.

The other key difference is that if you quintessence a frozen creature, it becomes unfrozen.  If you do the same to a delayed creature, it stays delayed.

Also, freeze can be removed via Quint. IIRC Quint doesn't remove delay.

two questions:

-there are two spin buttons. spin, and spin all. is the winning percentage the same on both?

-is there a compendium thread listing all variants on the same deck types? (ultra-scorp, SNbow, poison stall, photon bounce, empathy, x/hope...) would it be wise to try and create that thread? or to create a "skeleton-build" archetype for each? i know i lost a lot of time and electrum trying out variants on classics because i accidentally took out a key card in the skeleton... you know, newbie mistakes not to make, with guidelines regarding the strategies and synergies involved... an faq, even
