In some of the forums I've been too, I've heard about something called the "CIA inactivity crash", as well the grand reopening notice that appears. I can guess what that means, but where could I learn more about it?

After a lull in CIA development for a year, the new Curators have started several new projects that you can see there. The forums have had a steady drop in activity over the last few years since the game isn't being patched nearly as often (almost 3 years since the last update), and the CIA board has been no different. The entire CIA process has also been too much work for the Curators, so we are right now working on simplifying and automating it significantly. This'll help a bit with activity as well.

I haven't played in a few years.  How do you get nymphs now?  I remember getting them on the spins, but I've been back for a while now (in gold in the arena) and havent gotten any.  What gives?

Nymphs can be obtained by spinning them from the Oracle or winning tournaments.

About HP and electrum reward. Let's say that the basic reward for a match is R. Then (momentarily not considering EMs) if I have 100 hp, I get R, if I have 0 hp (theoretically impossible) I get R/2 and for the other values is linear:
Electrum=R/2+(current HP)*R? Also, is it rounded up?

If there's EM, then the formula is Electrum=2*( R/2+(current HP)*R )?
I remember reading about the coefficients for beating the top 10 decks in Arena, what are they? (Also, the rounding is calculated after both multiplications?)
