Is there a difference when playing bronze and silver arena when farming shards?

Nothing aside from Bronze taking 5 duels to reach a special spin versus 4 for Silver.

You also have a higher chance of coming across Shards in the decks you fight against in Silver.

Statistically speaking, Bronze gives off more Special Spins per hour than Silver for pretty much all decks, as your win rate is significantly higher. There is the fact that Silver players might use shards, but in my experience such shards are limited. Silver does give some nice electrum, so while farming Silver you can get both shards and a steady flow of money.

Heard this from someone who asked this question: Can you include all 6 of both unupped and upped cards all in one deck? So for example, a deck containing 6 Dimensional Shields and 6 Phase Shields.

Nope. Unupped and upped versions of the same card count towards the same 6 of a kind limit.
