But yeah, it'll take around 3~5 minutes depending on how many people are in the PvP servers.

It depends quite a bit on the time of day. Not sure when is optimal, but I do know when I'm on during that time, I only have to wait a few seconds. Other times it can take 10 minutes.

You need to first upload your picture to the internet (by using imgur.com, tinypic.com, gyazo.com or anything else that works). Then you need to copy the link of your image (it needs to end in .jpg, .png or .gif) and add between the following tags:

For example, if you have the following link to a picture: http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c190/verticae/blinkhump-1.gif
You instert it between the img and /img tags and get the following result:

I said the link needs to end in either .jpg, .png or .gif.

One way to do this: right-click on the image you want to copy and select "Open image in a new tab". In the new tab, it will open up the link you need.

This way, you'll get the following:

BTW, not to spam, but why haven't they found a way to import the deck code from the Arena deck builder yet? It would make everything much easier..
