So you didn't give 12 rep 'power', rather you gave 12 rep points

Unknown, it's not stated on the mod's site or in the settings. I would have to dig into the mod to find the answer to that. All they say is that:

Reputation sent is now based on the giver's reputation

If a card and it's upgraded name are the same, how do I get the upgraded variant using the [ card ] code?

Example: I want upped Purple Nymph. I type [ card ] Purple Nymph [ /card ]. I get unupped Purple Nymph.

Just put upgraded after the card name! For example,

There are two ways to show the upgraded version of a card if the names for unupped and upped are the same.
