IIRC, 5 dollars and over, yes.
10 Dollars don't amount two codes, but two donations of 5 do, as far as I know.

Be careful when activating your redeem codes since if your internet crashes or you accidentally close your tab while activating it, they're gone for good.

The mechanism of spins is known, but it's not easy to calculate a probability because of how pillars are handled:

The real algorithm is a bit more complex:
1. Pick a random card in your opponent's deck
2. If it's a pillar, go back to 1
3. Security mechanism (for builds that are composed of pillars only) : if, after 10 random picks, you still get a pillar then keep it
4. Store card in variable card1.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4, until you have filled 4 variables
6. Now the spinning starts for 3 rounds but you only pick cards in [card1, card2, card3, card4]. This ways, the chances to pick 3 times the same one are much higher.

Step 3 is particularly troublesome for calculation because the 10 picks don't reset each time a card is chosen.

For the record, that algorithm is outdated, it has been changed since. For grinding shards, I understand that the arena is neccesary. Does each tier (bronze, silver, etc) have equal chances of "dropping" them?

And before I have shards, I'm guessing silver would be the way to go to get them?

Equal chance on getting shards for each league, and Bronze may be faster than Silver for grinding shards (more reliable wins, faster wins) although Silver will net you more electrum and score.

When you get to the special spin, it chooses 4 rares at random for you to sort through. It does this with all leagues.
If you get something like swallow and grind plat, you may get more shards due to you only needing to win 2 matches in a row rather than 5. However, plat is a very hard place to farm because of the hp, mark, etc.

How does the +rep option work? Does it increase the reputation number or does it give another green reputation cell?

if you give rep to someone, there reputation increases. the more rep the person has who is repping the other, adds on more than say, someone who just came to the forums. eg: if zanz rep'd someone, they would get a ton of rep but if i rep'd someone, i dont give as much. the green bars are also part of reputation. the more rep you have, the more green bars you have

^ Useful stuff. With my current rep, I managed to give 12 rep power, which one I don't fully understand, since I'm only at rep power 11.
