I would like to know if it is possible to get upgraded cards by fighting pvp.

You can't win them in the spins. You can, however, win enough electrum from PvP to upgrade cards with cash.

You can win upped cards in regular spins from FG and AI4 (sometimes). You can win upped rares from special spins in gold and platinum. Other than that, it's all upgrading manually.

Hi, I was curious after seeing the card ideas of the month - How often do new cards get added to the game?  I feel like a few additions every month would be great to keep a game like this fresh having to always think about adapting new strategies. 

Is there a set limit to new cards added?

The Card Idea of the Month is just an article written by the Idea Guru as part of the Newsletter in regards to card idea submissions.  It has no correlation with any cards getting added.

Sadly, card ideas do not get added to the game as frequently as most of us would like.  Zanzarino is not so keen on maintaining regular patches, much less introducing any new cards.  But with the upcoming 1.4 revamp, there is a good chance, considering the size, that there will be new cards as well, being showcased in the new format.

But that's just my delusion on it.  Any issue with steadily increasing the card pool should be taken up with Zanz and this want/need for more cards has already been addressed by the community several times before.

To follow up with Drake,
The card idea of the month  sort of thing does lend itself to getting new cards in, but not in the way you think.
Usually each year or so, a major update is released we see new cards, often they are taken from the card ideas section, sometimes modified a bit or readjusted.  We have a major revamp coming called 1.4, it is very likely we will see new cards when it is released.  The number of new cards varies between 3 and 12 (6 and 24 if you count the updated form).  Also usually some AI adjustments occur too to make the AI better against whatever combinations have been figured out.  The bigger the release the more we are likely to see though.  1.4 is a massive change, and as a result, a lot of us are very hopeful, that a massive increase in the cards occur too.

Also, I noticed no one answered your question on the disconnects.

There are two things going on that would make your ping spike to the server.  1.) Your ISP is crappy.  2.) Someone is ping flooding you, so likely the player you are playing against is some kiddie-scripter with a ping flood tool, in which case, you want to make sure you have a hardware firewall setup correctly.

I have used the online decks tool a few times. In every case, closing the page and reopening it (a normal and reasonable thing to do) resulted in seeing zero of my decks stored (an unreasonable thing to expect from a page that states that it does stuff so you'll have it later).

Am I doing something wrong, or is this tool broken?

This is exactly my experience with the forum deck tool.  Hence, I built my own GDoc for it so I don't have to get frustrated by someone else's tool that doesn't function properly for my needs.

Yeah that's what I thought, just wanted to check. I have no idea why then. Check with anti or whoever made the tool about how it works, might help?

Random possibility: Do either of you possibly have scripts from googleapis.com blocked? A really really quick look at the code shows it's using a library pulled from googleapis.com rather than hosting its own copy (which is normal, but still could cause saving problems (again, according to a really quick look)).

A random test just now of saving a random thing appears to have worked well enough to save through closing the tab and reopening it as well as refreshing.

Until yesterday, I was a huge fan of Google and used Chrome religiously.  Therefore, the probability that I had blocked scripts from googleapis.com is remote.

In general, I prefer to have control over scripts that run in my browsers, or at least over which sites I allow to run them.

I just thoroughly searched the settings control panels in Chrome and Firefox.  As strange as it sounds, I didn't find anything about controlling scripts in either one.  There's some stuff in IE, but that shouldn't affect my other browsers, should it?  And besides, I wasn't using IE when trying that tool.

I just tried the tool in my new favourite browser, Waterfox (64-bit version of Firefox).  I got precisely the same results with the tool as I did in Chrome.
