It depends on the deck you're using. Honestly overall I'd consider them roughly similar amounts of annoying, but it's really hard to answer objectively which one is overall harder to defeat, as some decks find one of them easy and the other hard.

If you're trying to make a decision between a deck that beats rainbow and a deck that beats jezebel or something, though, go for beating jezebel, as she has a much greater chance of dropping upped cards than rainbow does.

I'd go with write it and then pester mods/admins to move it.

Over-all, Jezebel is more random but easier to be countered (A few PA's shut her deck down, since that means no nymphs produced from towers.) Rainbow on the other hand, has set cards and does not rely on randomness; countering him is a bit harder and he doesn't rely on randomness. Due to that randomness, Jezebel -can- be harder than Rainbow, although most of the time I personally consider more of a threat.

I don't see why this question should belong to the tutorial section. I already faced both FGs a lot of times since they were introduced, I just found both of them hard as pain to deal with. So I asked a simple question about other people's opinion. I said 'officially' because of a precedence of some people in chat saying random things without ever facing each of these gods.

Rainbow is the hardest of the FGs to beat consistently.  Jezebel isn't too bad for most FG decks, and is dead simple if you get an oracle prediction for her.
