Well, yeah, I was thinking about Gold, because I still lack a couple of shards (even though I lack more unups than ups), and since I still have the Kamikaze, I may go with that.

I know this is incredibly unlikely to happen but what would happen if say everyone in silver league moved up to gold but no-one from bronze moved to silver? Basically, what would happen if there was less than 500 decks in an arena league? Or what if there were none at all?

Guessing that would just mean no deck would fall below 500 and so all decks would be in the arena for as long as the creator didn't change their deck. Which makes sense. If you have such low numbers, you want all decks to be available for play. Depending on how actively those players changed their decks, you could end up with a disproportionately large number of 1 HP decks, so it could be easy grinding, but who knows.
