There's an option when creating your Arena deck called Dexterity that costs 20 Skill Points to activate.  It not only doubles your drawing, but doubles the size of your deck as well.

Thanks for the reply. Is it also possible to have more the 6 cards of a creature? It seems like i have run into decks that have more then 6 of one creature and now they didn't use Fractal before someone says that.

Yes.  Their entire deck is doubled.  So if they had 6 Giant Frogs before, they'll have 12 due to Dexterity.

Dexterity is one of the greatest skills you can upgrade (in my opinion) in the arena. For 20 points, you're basically doubling your entire deck, and you also have the benefit of double draw. If you had 6 dimensional shields before that could chain 18 turns, you can now chain 36 turns. It's really quite amazing.

Oh wow. Scratch that. I must've had a really large brain fart or something. 12 shields chain for 36 turns. 6 shields chain for 18. I have no idea how I screwed that up...
