Well I don't actually don't know how to use the trainer my self being new to this still XD. I'm sure I can think of something though.

The program I have right not to record is ok. It's kinda low fps to its a tad unsmooth to say the least I was wondering is anyone knew of anything better or if people would be ok with that.
