Amazing mutations

Look at all of these amazingly strong mutations i got against ferox, especially the golden dragon and the crimson dragon.

One question though: If you mutate a creature, does the ability have to use the same quanta as the mutation's type? I, no kidding, got a 1/1 forest spirit with growth that costed 1 . Im promise that I am not lying and that I didn't put a forest spirit in my deck.

My friend just got a 14|5 Crimson Dragon with the ability Deja Vu. :S

It Deja Vu'd and the second became an 18|7 creature with Ablaze.

You must have got a creature with hatch that was also invulnerable (burrowed or quinted).  An invulnerable hatch works just like an un-upgraded Fate Egg and you will receive a standard creature, in this case the Forest Spirit.
