Cheat or luck?

This could be bad luck, but could it be cheating/hacking in deck creation?
Both times I am I am playing against Silver Arena decks (both had Dexterity):
Case 1:
AI gets:
In 11 turns

4 steals
6 drain life
6 devourer
Nightlife
2 vampire
2 Draganean

Case 2:
AI gets 5 Nightmare in 9 turns

5 nightmares out of about 25 cards isnt really that unlikely at all. (opening hand+double draw)

Dexterity also doubles the # of cards in their deck. This means the limit is no longer 6, but 12.
