Hello,

i am new and i'm trying to play a combo deck with malignant cells and boneyards.
However, it seems that i can never get more than 23 creatures. Is it normal? is it a bug? is it a rule?

You can't have more than 23 creatures. It's pretty obvious that once the creature field is full, no more can be added.
