A couple questions https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=18999.msg242264#msg242264

Hey guys its Whip here with a few questions.  8)

Basically i have started playing elements a couple days ago and really enjoy this game. :P

I have a few questions however as i cannot find the answers on google.  ???

I was wondering first of all are there 16 differant shards? as there are 16 elements? and if there is can someone tell me what the upgraded shards skills are?  I ask this because according to google results there are only two shards. Yet i have one upgraded that i didnt find on google. So i am hoping there is one for each element.  :rainbow

Also i have heard mention of a trainer. I was wondering if this is some sort cheat program, and if so please let me know as i will stop playing this game immediately. (I detest cheating)  >:D

Is there a maximum to the ammount of cards you can have? Not in the deck i know there is a maximum of 60 cards in the deck. I mean just "have". At the momment i have about 215 cards, and im running out of room, i was wondering if eventually it wont let me get any more cards. (From spins or purchase)  :electrum

"Desync Error"
I noticed this the first pvp i played. My oppent cast parralelle universe on my firefly queens and he ended up with crimson dragons. Is this a bug? glitch (exploitable) or a cheat program?  (I do not ask for links or names of cheat programs. I do not want to play a game with cheaters) Thankfully this has only happend to me once.  :o

There are 3 types of Shards. Blue upgrades to Shard of Divinity (spell, increase max HP by 20), green upgrades to Shard of Gratitude (permanent, heal 5 hp per turn), and yellow upgrades to Shard of Readiness (spell, target creature's ability cost becomes zero).

Trainer (at elementsthegame.com/trainer) is like a simulator. You can use whatever cards you want to test decks, but there is no saving and no pvp.

I believe there is a maximum amount of cards you can have (or at least I think there used to be), but it is several thousand if there is.

Desync errors make weird things happen. Just sounds like a glitch, and they are hard to come by.

Good luck and welcome!

Wow i didnt expect a reply that quickly, let alone a reply with all the answers i needed.

Im slightly disapointed that there are only three shards. But im sure given enough time there will be more.

The trainer sounds interesting, thank you for this i shall check it out.

And a couple thousand cards is just what i am after!

Thanks alot for your help im sure ill be back with more newbish questions  8)

there are 12 elements and "Other"  and as stated above about the shards.
desyncs happen. if you find someone seems to be more than desynching (cheating that is) report the name and screen shot it to a moderator.

To my knowledge, the maximum amount of cards you can have total is 2000. I don't know if it's been increased any, but that's what I last heard.

Cool thanks heaps guys.

Just one more question

Im planning on posting my new deck build on here to get some help improving it, and i find it helps to post picutres. I have seen other people post a screenshot of thier deck on these forums. I am wondering if there is a special method to this? Or can i jus screen shot n upload to photobucket or imageshack etc?

The forums have a special code to do that. Above the box where you type your replies are a bunch of symbols. Above the :air and :darkness symbols there is one that looks like 3 cards stacked up. Click on that and you'll get something that looks like this (it uses square brackets):

{deck mark=MARK author=QuantumT}Paste deck code here{/deck}

Change the MARK to whatever mark you want it to display and paste the code in between.

To get the code easily, go into the deck builder and hit the import/export button. Copy and paste that into the code and you should be set.

Welcome to Elements!

When i saw someone else had posted thier deck it seemed as though it was a on-site function.

Much appreciated, there should be a rep button or karma button so i could give u plus 1, and evry one else who replied.

There is a karma button. it's a little tiny [ + ] under a person's name.

Well i dont know if its my computer or im going blind because i still cannot see it.  I even tried highlighting over the entire page to see if it was a colour scheme conflict. I will check on another pc shortly.

But surprise surprise i have yet another question  8)

I know you can only have 6 of one card in a deck. And im thinking this would be too op, but fingers crossed. Can you put 6 unupgrades and 6 upgrades of the same card in a deck? I,E 6 Nova, 6 Supernova?

Nope. 6 of one card includes upgraded or unupgraded. It only cares about the actual card and not it's upgraded or unupgraded state.
