Just discover that 6 cards can deal 108 damage in a single turn, and it only cost 23quantas of three kinds...

108/6=18 damage per card.  No card in the game can do that much on its first turn, even if you started with infinite quanta.

Could you go into more detail?

You could use buffed dejavus, but it's take a second turn to split them. Mutants could also possibly do the job if you were extremely lucky with their power and ability.

How exactly did you get this much damage?

one turn =!= 1. turn :P
well, thats not a problem @ all. i know 1 card that does this dmg for 1 quanta cost

That's 12 cards for just shriekers and adrenalines, 18 if you meant the graboids should be used with shriekers. It would also take several turns to pull off.

You could easily do this with 6 firebolts (total cost: 6 quanta) although it wold require you to possess a lot more quanta than that. In the infinite quanta situation, you would do infinite damage (and spend only 1 quanta on 1 firebolt) :)
