Double post : Added rules to create upped decks. If you have a(or several) $ code you want to submit for this competition, you're welcome

In the rules in the first post you say one deck post per competition per user maximum (i.e. 2 deck posts total, 1 upped, 1 unupped).  Are the rules changed to several per competion now?  Sorry for the confusion.  I just want to clarify, to be sure.

The $ codes are codes that reward you, in game, with money.

Also, at people changing their decks (and at new posters) : try to have your deck *fully prepared* before you post it. There will be no more allowing of changing decks posted after this post.

I'm actually kind of confused...  I would like to see them too...  UTAlan and I were the only ones who posted results...  and according to both of us last time I looked through Sevs' deck had the highest win per hour rate which I thought was to be the winner not the highest win rate deck...  Unless I got confused somewhere along the way, nor to take away from ralouf's deck.
