its stupid i have been playing elements for like 6 months and i have gone to the oracle every day since the oracle came out and i still have won no nymphs cmon this is stupid!!!! i need a damn nymphs ahhhhhhhhhh

Kael didn't get his nymphs because of luck. He cheated to get all of his nymphs.

I thought he only exploited a bug to get 8 of his 25 or so nymphs... take away the 8 and he's still really lucky...

For a 120+ spins most persons should have 10 or so nymphs, but some people have none so to balance the average logically some people will have 20 or more.

Hypothetical math < Data. Unless that math is done directly from the coding of the oracle, I find it hard to believe at this point. The distribution looks fairly normal, skewed right and centered around 2 nymphs or so, not 10. I'm just saying its a lot luckier to have 20 than unlucky to have 0 according to the data collected in the poll.

If by Exploit you mean went to the Oracle and spun the same as I did every day then sure. I didn't make any untoward action to create the situation but a situation did occur where for 7-8 days straight I always recieved the same result from the Oracle.

To me this is a variance, just like being dealt 4xAces in a game of cards. If that is somehow cheating then the accusers can get stuffed. I took no action against the game and no action against those accusing me yet I am somehow to blame. It all feels like Tall poppy syndrome. I got a break so the short Poppies  have to bring me down.

Btw when playing Blackjack, I've been dealt a death hand of 7 Ace of Spades, care to work the odds out on that for me. The Casino uses a 7xPack deck so there are 364 cards to pull from.

I also have a variant of a Disease that is so rare for a person of my demographics that If I'd played Gold Lotto since I was 18 that I would have better odds of winning first division twice.

well it wasn't entriely not  cheating, but it is no way your fault o_O so nothing will happen to them
maybe it would have been 'luck' if you were the only one getting the same thing each day, but as you said it was a bug/glitch or something so it's cool - you just got lucky it was a nymph

At one time with a few hundred change after the spin I could upgrade a card, I think that was 1200.

Whatever the amount was from the Aether Nymph is was nothing interesting. I was more overjoyed to get a Supernova from beating Destiny, Which was Aether Nymphs Chaos god at the time.

he himself was not exploiting the bug -- the bug itself caused X players to become better off at the game by doing everything legit
they in no way did anything to use the bug or make the bug give them X cards -- they simply logged in and out each day to spin the oracle, so they got 9 of the same card? who cares - this stuff happens and we are not going to ban people for what the game does, whether or not it's a bug

If someone had got 9 skeltons you wouldn't complain, although they were still 'exploiting the bug' ¬.¬ no you would not even think to ban them for that -- so therefore kael shouldn't be banned  (although it would remove him from the path to my domination of the game! Ban kaal! ban kael!)

I wouldn't call that a confession exactly... that's him "admitting" that the game was flawed and he didn't change his daily schedule to make up for a strait-out flaw in the game. That's the game's fault, not his. In your example, the person explicitly changed something to benefit himself, not the case in this situation.

It is immoral to not tell the police, but not wrong
But what he is doing is, follow the passage way, and help himself with some money...
