I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but you haven't actually applied for this job yet. I'm not saying you will get it, but sending the application will improve your chances dramatically.
I lol'd.

Well, I want to see what the community thinks before deciding to apply or not

Polls like this are bound to fail. The problem is that there's only one name, you. It's basically like making a poll..

Do you think I'm awesome?
A) Yes
B) No

That's a bad move on the internet because it annoys many people who will vote "No" on principle. Then you have opposing candidates who will also vote "No". Those things taken into consideration,  I'm surprised you have 50%+ of votes, which implies you do have a bunch of supporters in the community.

Well, I'm sure a lot of people who would have voted 'No' just didn't take the time to click the button because they saw the futility of the poll in question. No offense, Yala.

The thing is, I'm sure Pupp would get more than 50% votes, icy would, most known guys would. This poll doesn't show that they want you instead of others, it shows they have no problems with you.

I actually thought SG made a great point today

To be honest, i am not even sure how much chance I stand for this, knowing icy and puppy also applied
And Union too, which is very active

Getting something to back me up was the main plan :)
