Why people has to say it's a joke before April 1st ends????
Because they think they are cool and smart if they do.
They are not.
Or they think there making sure people don't get mad at elements or panic about there accounts and consider quitting elements before the date because there'd be no point trying to get better if eventually they're just going to have to pay for it anyway
So people ruin the joke because they don't want others to quit the game?
Yeah, right..
There's no big mystery here. This is basic human psychology, miniwally. The only reason to ruin the joke is to show how "smart" you are by explaining the joke while showing how "dumb" the other guy is because he felt for it. They do it either consciously or subconsciously.
Sure you can come up with all kinds of elaborate justifications later, like you do there above, but everyone knows that this was not the real reason. People don't explain jokes because they want to make the world a better place. They do it to feel smart.
