After spinning up Gemini in the oracle and spending 20 minutes poring over her deck and trying to devise a counter, I had an epiphany: if you never get Gemini down to 1/2 HP, she never spams PUs. She might cast 1 if it's the only alternative to discarding a card, but she saves the spam for some percentage of her HP.
Thus: a one hit kill deck skips all that.
Now, you can't really rely on shields, and you need a lot of healing, and some way to limit her offense without shields would be a good thing.
Inspiration: Veen's Vicious Viotech (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27598.0.html), slightly modified, sounds like it meets the criteria!
I tried it, and I admit it got hairy there -- I danced between high-50s and low-teens of HP for about 7 turns before the second Antimatter pulled through and nailed her second Massive Dragon. Also, because I removed ALL of the shields, the field full of Malignant Cells did a lot of damage on it's own. So, with one shield added back in, may I present my Gemini-specific variant of Veen's Vicious Viotech!

Play is straightforward: play Shards, Antimatter, and in an emergency the Heal to stay alive long enough for Aflatoxin to fill her field with cells. Presto, no more spam. Then draw out the deck, and play, in order: Condor, Fractal, Condor, Condor, Condor, Condor, Condor, Rain of Fire, Sky Blitz, Chimera. Result in my case was a 264 ATK momentum beast that ate a False God and burped dust.
Gemini is perfect for this deck because Spiders die quickly to Aflatoxin, Dragons come out rarely enough that more often than not you'll be able to Antimatter them all, and you don't have to hurt her (except maybe a few pings with the Dagger) until you've already locked her field down, so her big nasty weapon just plain isn't.
