Well, I only had 2 shards of readiness, so I tried replacing two of them with cloaks so I can use mitosis for a few turns and prevent the dragon from getting lobotomized. It worked, but just barely lol.

lol just used Nymphomania and got through 1/4 of the deck before seeing a steal. So, basically I couldn't play any Nymphs until then, and then I drew the rest of my Nymph's Tears(4)... lol. But I somehow still pulled out an EM and won... nothing.

I agree with this. Gemini won't defend against a hidden threat so you can discard chimera most of the time. Be careful if you have a pet though, it might make him start to chain shields.

Actually, I've seen Gemini put down a Phase Shield for absolutely no reason at all. Safer to have Chimera as a failsafe.

Though I think a third steal would be useful to make sure you don't wait for too long before stealing his lobotomizers (and the last one can be kept for stealing a phase shield before winning the game).
