I'm using a slightly modified version of scared girls deck, and I just upgraded my elf to a fallen druid. On most gods this is a big help, but on gemini I was using the druids mutate to cut the massive dragons down to size. Now I have no real way short of risking giving him an awesome ability to cut those dragons hp down. Most decks I've seen use the druid as well, and I don't see a way to reasonably quickly take out 10 or so massive dragons (which is what I usually end up with between the dragons themselves and all the twin universes). So how do you guys deal with these things?

I always kind of hope gemini pputs momentum on his drags. whene you mutate a creature with momentum they keep it. No other abilities come up. OT  takes care of the rest.

Also, remember that even if you end up giving it a strong mutation, Gemini only has aether and gravity to work with. So it's likely he won't even be able to use the mutation.

I usually lobotomize the dragons (I save a steal for his lobotomizer or use mindflayer/ulitharid) and use shields to keep them from hitting me. I save the other steals for his phase shields (he has a lot) once I have a lot of damage on the table. I usually beat him this way and he usually has a LOT of dragons sitting on the table at the end just waiting for the chance to do some damage.

Try to save your sundials as long as possible
This is most important.

Yeh, improve + oty/lobo is what I usually do. If they have momentum, I'll just lobo until I get an oty.

here are the some ways they can be dealt with

1. Steal lobo and take out momentum ability
2. Mutate your own creatures to get abilities to stop the dragons, like freeze and mutate
3. Try to save your sundials as long as possible, for when there are momentum dragons
4. Mutate the dragons, with fallen druid it still works pretty well.  It helps to get your otyugh's as big as possible before mutating, so it's more likely they can devour the mutant (sometimes devouring your own creatures is worth it)... rain of fire can do 3 more dmg to whatever you mutate also.
5.  Destroy the grav pillars to slow gemini down, after a certain point gemini will use parallel universe on your much weaker creatures, like a 4/9 otyugh or a firefly queen.

Another thing I didn't see mentioned (though I did read quick so might have missed)

Save your lobotomizer/ulitharid in case you do mutate a dragon into something dangerous with an ability he can use and can't take care of right away. Like a devouring armagjo... ouch...
I got a devouring armaggio once! It was awesome - it had 29 health (or thereabouts) and could eat anything (well, maybe not a flying titan, but anything else).

I said that from experience.

I lobotomized a momentumed dragon of Geminis then mutated another- and gave him that. Fortunately he didn't use the ability for some reason  ;D

Yeah, they have momentum but by the time he's put out enough gravity towers to play one, you should have been able to throw out most of your setup, from bonewalls and boneyards to empathic bonds and firefly queens.
This is a good point. He is often quite slow in getting out gravity towers, so if you get an early Pulv, you can sometimes prevent him from ever being able to play a dragon in the first place.
