pretty much, as others have said, lobotomize them or destroy grav pillars early on or mutate them to a more manageable creature.
another option is to use eternity (if you have it) to return the dragons to gemini's hand. When you do this, it removes their momentum, reduces gemini's chance of drawing something useful, and makes him waste gravity quantums.

The AI likes to have extra quanta before it uses abilities for some reason. Like Scorpio/poison AI3 tend to save one death quantum rather than go all out poisoning you, and I've never seen Scorpio use Psionic Wave with his last aether quantum. Maybe that was it.

Sometimes he'll just play dragon, momentum, PU 4-5 times (yes, I have seen FIVE FREAKING TIMES before) and you might as well just leave unless you have like 3 sundials already in your hand. You can lobotomize them all before dying maybe but then he'll just break your bone wall.

I really haven't often encountered a situation with Gemini where my elder druid/otyugh combo wasn't sufficient to bring the massives under control.  Yeah, they have momentum but by the time he's put out enough gravity towers to play one, you should have been able to throw out most of your setup, from bonewalls and boneyards to empathic bonds and firefly queens.  Really, the only time I quit on graviton is when he gets those dragons going before I have a druid/otyugh out.

This is a good point. He is often quite slow in getting out gravity towers, so if you get an early Pulv, you can sometimes prevent him from ever being able to play a dragon in the first place.
I did that once, but then he eventually TU'ed my 8/13 Oty, momentumed it, and then TU'ed it some more...so only one of them had Devourer, but since it was bigger than my Oty, I had to keep eating my own creatures until I drew my Rain of Fire to make them weak enough to eat. =/ Luckily I had sundials, lol.

Mutate+otyugh > dragons.  Furthermore, if you roll a critter with mutate in one of your own mutations, that also = GG to him.  Frankly though, I never save my sundials.  I just use them as card draw, and if they hold back something, that's just gravy.  After all, six sundials stall for 12 turns, and considering that you draw one card normally and one with hasten for twelve turns, that's 7 in your opening hand, and another 24 through the time under sundials, and if you have an electrum hourglass, if you're running a 40-43 card rainbow, you should more or less be able to come near decking out if you just keep chaining the dials.

i have found that the best way to beat massive dragons is.... simple unupgraded fallen elf. Mutate them to weak creatures and eat them up with otyghs. Plain and simple.

a few ideas, as gemini gave me fits until i realized them

gemini tends to dragon spam around 120 health.  not sure why this specific number, but its always near here.  being able to expect it allows you to know when to save stuff like sundials or bone walls.  also, you can hold off mutating creatures if you dont have quint, so that you dont accidentally give him a really good creature to TU

more importantly, if you run upped elf and eternity, you can mutate and bounce the creatures, commonly banishing them for good to his hand.  hey there me colossal dragon, you turned into a 99/99 white dragon with steal/devour??   BOUNNNCCCCCEE   cya!  since he can get quint modifier OR something else, you can always abuse this combo.  plus, it jams his drawing sooo much.
Zombie0 gives 110 percent whenever he's in the arena. He's a team player who delivers both offensively and defensively. He has no idea what a Quantum is.
