This might have already been covered, I haven't been reading the forums very regularly.  If so, I apologize.

IMO if you lobotomize a creature with the venom or poison skill, a creature that devours it should no longer be poisoned, since it no longer has the ability to poison it.

Sorry, but venom is a passive skill, like the devour effect of a pest, so it can't be lobotomised off.

besides, venom is stored in glands inside the creatures body. it can use its brain to secreet it into the victims body out of the gland. labotomize is a skill that nullifies the creatures brain making it unable to do just that. HOWEVER, if said creature is eaten, it doesnt need a brain for the gland to burst while being eaten, thus poisoning the creature doing the eating. it works out just fine in real life
