Just noticed that you can see what cards the opponent is playing.  I think that should be hidden too while cloak is in play.

Yes, I would agree with this. It might not be good for tourneys, war etc. (opponent could have illegally used an upped version of a spell) but besides that I'm all for it. It might give some more use to it.

There's no sense in hiding all the cards if you can still see what they are playing, might as well just leave them visible but still unable to be targeted

Note the part in yellow. This suggestion would mess with rules of organized competition. If there were a game log it would be a great idea but because the unupped tournaments and leagues both give reward codes for the game this could be exploited easily. I don't like the thought much as the game is currently, however if could be a thought for the future.
