Tome of Elements - In game manual / information https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=41253.msg510966#msg510966

Ok, I realize adding something like this would be tricky, but it would be cool if there were some kind of in game help / instruction manual to help out beginners.
To make it interesting, it could contain a codex which describes abilities and traits for all the cards that the player collected. It could also contain, for instance, storyline background on false gods or elements / themes in general to add some additional flavor to the game. Some of these could be made "unlockable". E.g. when you defeat a false god you get a background story / info added to the tome.
Just a thought of something to make the game more accessible to beginners, and to give more advanced players some new content to hold their interest.

what would be cool is if you unluck false god storylines by beating them, and when you unlock them all you get a prize. perhaps this could be the next quest.

Totally.  If you lose against an FG, you forget one of the stories.  If you can manage to beat all of them, without a single loss, you win (insert prize here).  Kind of like unlocking all of the FMV sequences in older SNES/PS1-era strategy video games.  Maybe it doesn't add much of anything to the player's ability to win, but it's neat having more unlockables of any type whatsoever.

hmm... i'm not sure about forgetting stories, flase gods are a real trick to beat, and trying to get through all of them without any losses would be very difficult since they are randomly picked after the daily one foretold by the oracle. But I definitely agree, some kind of a cool reward at the end for defeating all of them would be a great way to keep even advanced players interested and challenged.

I'd love a challenge like that :)  Right now I don't have a lot of motivation to play much anymore, though I still play a few games a day.  Having some challenging, trackable achievements like that would keep me more interested.

spoiler for continued off-topic stuff
Spoiler for Hidden:
Well, that's the point.  If you're holding 6 of every upped, and still can't make a deck that you're confident enough to beat most/all FGs with, then you'd be playing against only one per day - the one the Oracle warns you about.  Which brings you back every day, or at least often, to try to get a FG spun that you haven't yet seen on your current streak/don't yet have the story for.

So what if you're only playing against one FG/day, when you're grinding Platinum Arena for so much more in  :electrum, rares, and upped rares than they could ever give you, anyways?

This would be a reason for vets to log in and play semi- to regularly; newbies and intermediate players would have a side quest that's at least feasible, with a forum account to check for unupped FG counters.  Maybe the wise and experienced, while checking for specific FG decks/counters, will pop in to other threads with some sage advice for newbs?  Maybe newbs will see the chance at a doable questline, and start up forum accounts to get advice - and learn about deckbuilding, tournaments, and other fun stuff at the same time?

Anyways, on topic - such a manual seems to be coming together, due to the efforts of a few brave programmers and organizers.  The Tools page alone has most of what anyone who's spent more than 30 seconds on the forums needs to jump right into the game.  But, if you want to start writing the manual, here's some links:
